Over 15 tries at it and we found what seems to be the most aesthetically pleasing design in terms of complimenting the natural body lines of the vehicle.\n\nNOTE:  Sold as a set.  4 total stripes.  2 for driver's side and 2 for passenger side.  Fits all 2022+ Toyota GR86 \/ Subaru BRZ.\n\n‼️ INSTALLATION ‼️\n\n📽️ Video:  https:\/\/youtu.be\/R-E5FanJXsc\n\nRecommended tools:\n\n- Felt tip squeegee\n- RapidTac Application fluid (or cup of water with a couple drops of dish \/ hand soap)\n\nClean the application area and have soapy water available.  Use a drop of dish soap mixed with a full cup of water.  We favor our RapidTac Application fluid even more than soapy water though.\n\nIdeal installation temperature is 70-80 degrees and not in direct sunlight or wind.  The sunlight may heat up the body panels and\/or vinyl too much.  This causes it to become flimsy and the shape to change easily.\n\nApply some of the soapy water to the bottom of the vinyl.  It will allow you to slide the vinyl around until you find the proper placement.  It will also aide in removing air bubbles.  \n\nYou want to get the alignment of the piece so that it contours the fenders.  Start with the larger piece and use the defroster lines on the rear window as a point of reference.  You will want to align the front edge of the larger piece at approximately the sixth defroster lines.  Please see the photos.\n\nOnce you have to aligned, use your fingers (or a squeegee \/ credit card wrapped in microfiber) to push out the air and water.  To speed up the process of drying you can use light heat from a heat gun or hair dryer.\n\nWhen the first piece is aligned, begin to apply the smaller piece. Using heat from a hair dryer or heat gun will be essential. Just make sure you use small amounts of heat and work your way up. If it would burn you, it will probably burn the material.\n\nStart at the very back of the hood scoop. Center the overlay up on the hood scoop and start pushing out all the water \/ soap with your fingers. Do not use a squeegee or anything else that could potentially scratch the material. Continue until you reach the corners. Should anything come up in the few hours after install, just use heat immediately to press it down. Over time the bond becomes stronger and the water you used will evaporate completely.\n\nThe DIY install will leave you proud of the work you've done. Re-clean the application area to prepare it for installation.  Just use a wax free detailing spray if your vehicle is not too dirty.  Do not forget to clean the edges of the install areas.  Also wash your hands.  You do not want to get dirt stuck to the adhesive side of the material.  You can use an alcohol wipe on the edges.  Note if the wipe is still dirty after use and use more if needed.  Allow area to dry.\n\nPrep both sides.  \n\nDo a wet install meaning you need to wet the back of the vinyl and the install surface with the soapy water mentioned above.
